We at APN (Bevei, Bevei Holding Corporation, We, site, the site, sites) understand that your privacy is very important to you. That's why we've developed this policy to ensure that your privacy is protected while using APN sites.

This privacy policy:

Provides an overview of how the Company collects and processes your personal data and tells you about your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”); is directed to individuals who are: (a) visitors of the Websites (referred to in this privacy policy as “Browsers”) and (b) natural and/or legal persons who have created an Account with the Websites in order to participate to the Affiliate Program of the Websites by creating their own account (referred to in this privacy policy as “Affiliate Partners”). Browsers and Affiliate Partners must be aged eighteen (18) years and over or must have attained the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction in order to be able to use the Websites. All persons who do not meet these criteria are strictly forbidden from accessing, viewing the contents of, or otherwise joining the Websites. We do not knowingly seek or collect any personal information from persons who have not attained the age of eighteen (18).

1. IMPORTANCE OF PERSONAL DATA

Where we need to collect and process your personal data in order to enable you to use our Websites as an Affiliate Partner and you fail to provide that data when requested, we will not be able to provide you with final approval to access and use your Account and the Websites or, if such approval was provided to you in the past, we may withdraw such approval and suspend the operation of your Account.

We will only use and share your information where it is necessary for us to provide you with our lawful services in accordance with this privacy policy. We would like to ensure that you fully understand why your information may be used. We will only use your personal data when the applicable local law allows us to. We use your personal data for analytical, statistical and improvement purposes. We place great emphasis on the improvement of our platform, and user’s experience. In order to better understand what your needs are (besides the trends in the industry) and how we can improve our services, we use your personal information to generate statistical reports about your activity. We may use your personal data for payment providers and financial institutions in order to receive your payment, you may share certain information with a third party bank or payment processor (e.g. PAXUM, Bitsafe, Epayservice etc. ). You may receive transactional emails from this party confirming the receipt of your fees, including other possible relevant notifications. This Privacy Policy does not govern the processing of your personal data by these third parties if it was shared directly with them. We may furthermore share information with relevant financial institutions, if we consider it strictly necessary for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

3. SECURITY

The Company takes serious security measures to grant maximum protection to personal data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or deletion of data. The personal data transmitted to the Company by Affiliates is always protected by a highly sophisticated security system.

The Company guards personal information on electronic and physical levels.

Besides using its own security software and mechanisms, the Company also incorporates the most advanced security technologies available in order to ensure maximum safety of personal data provided by Affiliates.

Company’s employees' access to any personal information of its’ Affiliates is extremely limited and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. Therefore, they might be subject to disciplinary measures, including the termination of their contracts and in serious cases even criminal prosecution should they fail to meet these strict obligations.

Company shall preserve personal data on its’ servers for one year of the relevant application. The aforementioned term for preservation shall arise from the limitation periods for the assertion of claims for compensation for certain damage that apply to the relevant applications. However, please be advised that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of personal data as we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party hackers from illegally obtaining this information.

4. YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS/CORRECT

APN Members have the following choices to modify or delete their information from our database: Send an email to Customer Service, Log in with your password and correct/delete your profile.

Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information, we might retain some of your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety. For example, if we close or suspend your account for breach of our Terms of Service, fraud or illegal activities, we may retain certain information about you to prevent you from opening a new account in the future. Such information shall also be kept available in case of ongoing judicial proceedings/and or investigations. We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, we may keep some of your information for tax, legal reporting and auditing purposes. Please note that according to Luxembourg legislation financial related information shall be kept for a period of ten years. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) may remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers. In order to protect our site and your personal information from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, we have backup systems. Residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.
